About the trainer
Calm, precise personal training built around real progress.
With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I specialize in helping adults 50+ build strength, improve mobility, and feel confident in their everyday lives.
My journey began in Boston at Beacon Hill Athletic Clubs, where I worked my way from the front desk to becoming a certified personal trainer, assistant manager, and group fitness instructor. In 2015, I moved to San Diego and continued helping clients achieve lasting results through personalized training programs designed around their individual goals and needs.
As a husband, father of two, and dedicated coach, I understand how important it is to stay strong, healthy, and active at every stage of life. My approach is personal, supportive, and focused on what works best for you — not a one-size-fits-all workout.
Whether your goal is weight loss, strength, balance, mobility, or simply feeling better day to day, I'm here to help you succeed.

Personal training built around clear movement, practical strength, and steady accountability.
Strength with structure
Training is built around clear progressions, sound movement, and sessions that stay easy to follow.
Coaching that fits real life
Programming accounts for work schedules, recovery, stress, and the realities that affect consistency.
Useful communication
Clients get straightforward feedback, fast answers, and clear priorities instead of generic motivation.
How coaching works
A process that starts where you are.
Training begins with the client's real life: home setup, schedule, movement comfort, and what they want to feel more confident doing day to day.
Understand the starting point
Talk through goals, schedule, health history, mobility concerns, available space, and what feels realistic right now.
Build the right first plan
Create sessions that match the client's current ability, equipment, confidence, and preferred training environment.
Adjust with real feedback
Progress the plan over time based on comfort, recovery, consistency, and the practical wins that matter outside the session.
